Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.wenaturals.com website (the “Service”) operated by We Naturals Ghana Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of service. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Acceptable methods of payment are Cash on Delivery, MTN Mobile Money, Credit and Debit Card payments. Credit and debit card payments are processed by a third party, on very secure servers.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Goods ordered through this website will be delivered to the customer in and outside Ghana. Deliveries are made to all countries. You can request a delivery address which differs from your personal or invoicing address by selecting it during purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery zones as stated above.
Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 12.00 am will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day and delivered within approximately 2 working days within Ghana and 10-12 working days outside Ghana. We do not delivery goods to PO Boxes.
Please note: Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery charges are calculated based on country, destination, weight of item and related parameters. The appropriate delivery charge will appear automatically in your shopping cart.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your country, destination, weight of item and related parameters. Delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.
You may be able to track your shipment at the link that was sent to your email. Note that the tracking link becomes available within 24 hours from the time the carrier collects your package.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
How to Return an Item
Package the item, print out the receipt received during purchase, and add it to the item. Ship your item back to We Naturals. Fill out our return and refunds form with details indicated.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Products purchased from the We Naturals Ghana Ltd. shop using a Gift Card will be refunded to you as a Gift Card by email.
