Gently but firmly massage on the temples and edges that are thinning for at least 5 minutes twice daily. Do not use too much. A little goes a long way.
Sometimes, edges thin due to hormonal changes (such as during pregnancy/post birth or menopause), hereditary or medication. If you suspect a medical cause, talk to your doctor.

2. Keep Moisturizers, makeup and other products away from your edges
3. Wear a satin cap or scarf when going to bed but make sure it is not too tight at the edge area
4. Drink at least 2 litres of water daily
